1. General Information

3. Returns
You have the right to return your order within 7 days of receiving the goods, with shipping fees applied in both directions, under the following conditions:

- All returns require pre-approval on a case-by-case basis.

- Ensure that you inspect your order before signing on the package.
- Any approved returns will be shipped back to us free of charge using our courier service.
- If it is later determined that the returned merchandise is not defective or damaged, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
4. Shipping Costs
Free delivery is available for purchases with an order value of SAR 100 or more. For purchases below SAR 100, the delivery fee will be determined upon finalizing your order.
